Two teenagers arrested after attempted kiosk robbery in Wuppertal
Two masked teenagers allegedly robbed a kiosk on Siegfriedstraße in Wuppertal at about 9:45 p.m. on 23 August. According to police, they demanded cash from the shop owner while displaying a knife. The owner did not hand over money and instead remotely locked the sales area. The teenagers waited for police and were arrested without resistance; the knife was seized. The kiosk owner was not injured.
