Knife robbery at rest area near Varel
Two masked perpetrators allegedly robbed a man at the Vareler Wald rest area near Varel. According to the initial findings, one of them pulled the victim from a car while threatening him with a knife. While the man was on the ground, the second perpetrator was allegedly armed with a metal bar.
The perpetrators demanded cash under threat. They then told the man and his two companions to leave the rest area before fleeing on foot. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
