Man accused of attempting knife attack on acquaintance in Schwäbisch Gmünd
Two acquaintances met on Vordere Schmiedgasse in Schwäbisch Gmünd at about 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, and police say there had reportedly been a dispute between them for some time. A 22-year-old man is alleged to have tried to injure the 18-year-old with a knife. The other man reportedly fended off the attack, after which the suspect fled towards the City Center. Criminal police in Aalen are investigating.
