Man threatens two people with knife outside pizzeria in Tagmersheim
Two people fled back into a pizzeria in the Ottinger Ried area of Tagmersheim on Sunday and called police after a 46-year-old man drew a knife outside and tried to approach them. His 36-year-old companion stopped him. The two men had arrived at about 11:30 and had been told to leave following a verbal dispute at the entrance. Officers found them nearby shortly afterwards and recovered the knife they had discarded in a bush. Police took the 46-year-old to the station and later released him; criminal proceedings were opened against him.
