Two people injured in knife dispute at Rüsselsheim supermarket

Two people sustained minor injuries during a dispute at a supermarket on Feuerbachstraße in Rüsselsheim on 22 July. According to police, a 40-year-old man allegedly injured a 29-year-old man with a knife, causing a cut to his arm. During the scuffle, a 71-year-old customer apparently suffered an unintended cut to her leg. Two witnesses overpowered the suspect and held him until police arrived. He was provisionally detained and is under investigation for dangerous bodily harm.
