39-year-old man injured in alleged knife attack in Rotenburg
In Rotenburg (Wümme), an unknown offender allegedly attacked a sleeping 39-year-old man with a knife during the night of 15 October and inflicted several cuts. The attack occurred at about 01:40 outside the former Sparkasse entrance in the Pferdemarkt area. The offender fled. The injured man received outpatient treatment at a hospital and was released; his life was not in danger. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
