Teenager critically injured after stabbing in Hillesheim
A teenager was critically injured in Hillesheim during the night of 3 July. According to the investigation so far, the resident of an unlocked house is suspected of inflicting a stab injury on the teenager inside the building.
The injured teenager left the house, collapsed at Marienplatz and was taken to hospital, where surgery was performed that night. He remained under medical treatment. The resident was provisionally arrested, and an investigating judge issued a detention warrant on 4 July. Criminal police are examining the precise sequence of events inside the house.
