Man with knife subdued during police operation in Putzbrunn
After an emergency call reporting a suspected burglary, several police patrols went to an apartment in Putzbrunn. The 45-year-old resident opened the door and faced the officers while holding a knife. He did not drop it despite repeated orders. An officer then used a conducted-energy device; the man dropped the knife and was restrained on the ground. The officers involved were uninjured. The man is under investigation for an assault on police officers and making threats.
