Teenager seriously injured in attempted robbery in Leverkusen
A teenager was seriously injured on the evening of 6 April during an attempted robbery in the underpass at Leverkusen Mitte station. According to initial findings, he encountered a group of around six or seven teenagers who wanted to look into his pockets and told him to come with them. When he ran away, one participant allegedly followed him and stabbed him several times with a knife. The injured teenager received intensive medical treatment in hospital. The attacker fled without taking anything, and investigations into further participants are continuing.
