Man seriously injured in attack in Oschersleben
A 38-year-old man was injured in an attack inside an apartment in Oschersleben on 12 August. According to the initial investigation, he and a 39-year-old man had a physical confrontation there. The suspect is then alleged to have stabbed the man with a stabbing weapon. The victim was treated in hospital for multiple injuries. The suspect initially fled but shortly afterwards reported himself at a police station and was provisionally detained. Investigations on suspicion of attempted homicide are ongoing.
