Man threatens people with folding knife in Munich shop

A 55-year-old man allegedly threatened several people with a folding knife at a shop in Munich on 15 May. He had previously been taken to an office after being confronted over the theft of a bottle of drink. When he pulled out the knife there, the other people left the room and locked the door. Police officers then overpowered the man in the office and seized the folding knife. Reports were filed against him for, among other allegations, theft, coercion and making threats, and he was placed in custody.
