Armed offender robs kiosk in Mönchengladbach
During the night of 4 May, a masked unidentified offender robbed a kiosk on Margarethenstraße in Mönchengladbach. He ordered the 48-year-old operator to open the till and hand over cash. When the man did not comply immediately, the offender threw a knife in his direction, threatened him with a firearm and held another knife in his hand. The operator filled a bag with cash, after which the offender fled on foot. The 48-year-old was not injured.
