Man injured with scissors at Regensburg accommodation
At an asylum-seeker accommodation facility on Bajuwarenstraße in Regensburg, a 33-year-old resident is alleged to have stabbed his 22-year-old roommate with scissors at about 8:30 p.m. on 4 May. The younger man was injured in the back and taken to hospital for treatment. The suspect was arrested at the scene. An investigating judge issued a detention order on 5 May, and the man is in pre-trial detention. Criminal police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
