Machete used to threaten kiosk owner during Mönchengladbach robbery
Two masked suspects allegedly robbed a kiosk on Hittastraße near Geroweiher in Mönchengladbach at about 8 p.m. on 18 February. According to police, one threatened the 72-year-old owner with a machete while the other drew a firearm. They took the cash box and fled on foot towards Turmstraße. The kiosk owner was not injured, and the initial search was unsuccessful.
