Man seriously injured in knife stabbing in Hamburg-Stellingen

A 40-year-old man was seriously injured in a knife attack in Hamburg-Stellingen. According to the current investigation, he became involved in a verbal argument with an unidentified man outside a shop on Kieler Straße at around 4:54 p.m. on 18 February. The suspect allegedly stabbed him several times with a knife, causing serious injuries including to his abdomen. A rescue helicopter took the injured man to hospital, while the attacker fled towards a nearby railway embankment. The search was unsuccessful, and the homicide unit and public prosecutor's office continue to investigate.
