Man seriously injured with knife-like object in Wittenberg
A 30-year-old man was seriously injured at about 6 p.m. on 22 November on Lutherstraße in Lutherstadt Wittenberg. According to the current findings, he became involved in a physical altercation with an unknown group and suffered injuries to his back and hand from a knife-like object. The group is said to have followed him from the Arsenal shopping centre to the scene. Search measures have not yet led to a suspect. Police and prosecutors are investigating suspected attempted homicide.
