Man threatens passers-by with knife in Lingen
A man allegedly threatened several passers-by with a knife near Konrad-Adenauer-Ring in Lingen city centre on Wednesday morning. He had already fled when police patrols arrived. Based on witness accounts, police identified the 44-year-old suspect, found him at his home and arrested him. According to police, he is to be taken to a psychiatric facility.
