Man injures wife with kitchen knife in Koblenz
In Koblenz, a 51-year-old man is alleged to have injured his 47-year-old wife with a kitchen knife during a domestic dispute. The incident occurred on 13 September at about 5:30 p.m. near Hans-Böckler-Straße. The woman was taken to hospital and was later receiving inpatient treatment.
The suspect initially fled. He was arrested after later returning to the scene and indicating that he wanted to surrender to police. Officers recovered the knife, which he had discarded while fleeing, and criminal police took over the investigation.
