Shop owner threatened with knife in Kaiserslautern

A 31-year-old man allegedly held a knife to an acquaintance who had sought refuge in a shop in Kaiserslautern on 15 August and demanded several hundred euros. The shop owner said he did not have the money and contacted police. When the accused later returned, he was arrested without resistance. A court ordered pre-trial detention.
