Armed robbers attack two women in Kaarst
Three unknown men armed with a knife allegedly entered a detached house in Kaarst-Holzbüttgen on Wednesday morning and attacked its two female residents. The offenders overpowered the women, tied the 67-year-old with adhesive tape and locked her in a storage room. The 86-year-old was held in a bedroom. The intruders searched the house for about one and a half hours before fleeing with cash and jewellery. The women freed themselves, and the 67-year-old received outpatient treatment at the scene for minor injuries.
