20-year-old seriously injured in knife attack in Freiburg
Three unidentified people allegedly attacked a 20-year-old at Stühlinger Kirchplatz in Freiburg at about 8:45 p.m. on 15 February. Police said one of the men stabbed the victim with a knife, seriously injuring him. Witnesses gave first aid near Wiwilíbrücke before the injured man was taken to hospital; his condition is reportedly stable. The three suspects fled towards the city centre and an initial search was unsuccessful. Criminal police are investigating.
