Man injured on head with folding knife
A 28-year-old man and a 35-year-old man became involved in a physical altercation at the Rheingalerie shopping centre in Ludwigshafen. Police said it followed allegations that the 28-year-old had repeatedly threatened and insulted the other man's wife and four children. During the dispute, the 35-year-old used an unopened folding knife as a striking object and injured the 28-year-old on the head. Bystanders separated the men. The 28-year-old was initially taken into custody, and investigations into the circumstances are continuing.
