Teenager slightly injured after group attack in Essen
A group of around seven to eight teenagers allegedly surrounded two teenagers on Franziskanerstraße in Essen on the evening of 27 April. Some members of the group displayed a knife. One of the unknown individuals punched one of the teenagers in the face and additionally sprayed him with an irritant. The teenager sustained minor injuries, while his companion was unharmed. The group then fled toward the city centre. Police are seeking witnesses.
