Teenagers attack girl in Duisburg park
Four teenagers attacked a girl they knew in Duisburg's Iltispark. They knocked her to the ground and kicked her. One of the teenagers then used scissors to cut off part of the girl's hair.
During the attack, the girl's mobile phone fell from her pocket. One teenager took it and recorded the incident. A minor witness alerted police, and a resident later handed officers the phone after it had been hidden in a pile of leaves. The injured girl was taken to hospital for treatment. Police located the four teenagers near the scene, secured the recording and released them to their guardians after the measures were completed. The investigation is ongoing.
