Man with knife threatens police patrol in Kaiserslautern
On Wednesday morning, a 36-year-old man threatened a police patrol on Mainzer Straße in Kaiserslautern and referred to possible public attacks on police officers. The officers noticed a knife concealed in the man's jacket sleeve. After being instructed to do so, he put the knife down. He was arrested and taken to a psychiatric facility; he is under investigation on suspicion of making threats and disturbing the public peace.
