Man threatens pursuer with knife in Bremerhaven
A 25-year-old man in Bremerhaven pursued a thief who had taken his phone and a packet of cigarettes from a table. Behind a cinema complex, the pursued man threatened him with a knife and kneed him in the stomach. The man fled without the stolen property but was located and provisionally detained on Kennedy Bridge after officers received a description. Police are investigating suspected robbery-related theft.
