19-year-old arrested in Cologne after alleged robbery involving a knife
A 19-year-old is alleged to have threatened a passenger with a knife on a regional train. According to police, he forced the passenger to leave the train, took the person to an ATM and made them withdraw cash. The homeless man is accused of at least four similar robberies since 30 June. Officers arrested him at Neumarkt in Cologne on 28 July after police video surveillance identified him. A warrant had already been issued, and the investigation continues.
