Taxi driver injured with knife in Bremen

Following an argument at the taxi rank on Bahnhofsplatz in Bremen, a 38-year-old man allegedly made several stabbing motions with a knife towards a driver seated in a taxi. The 45-year-old sustained injuries to his hands and was treated at the scene by emergency medical staff. Witnesses pulled the attacker away from the taxi. The man then tried to leave as a taxi passenger but was stopped at the scene by officers and provisionally detained. Police recovered a knife from a taxi, and criminal investigators are examining suspected dangerous bodily harm.
