Shoplifting suspect threatens detective with knife in Frankfurt
A 25-year-old man was allegedly caught attempting to steal several items of clothing from a store on Frankfurt's Zeil on Thursday evening. When a store detective tried to prevent him from leaving, the man is alleged to have threatened the detective with a knife and tried to injure him with it. Police arrested the man. He was lightly injured while resisting police measures, was treated at a hospital and was then released home.
