Man threatens passers-by with knife in Wuppertal
At about 5:25 p.m. on 30 October, a man threatened several passers-by with a knife in Wuppertal's Oberbarmen district. He made stabbing motions towards them in the Rosenau area before walking along Berliner Straße with the knife. A BMW was damaged in the process. Officers took the man into custody on Brändströmstraße, where he resisted. Initial findings indicated that nobody was injured.
