Man seriously injured in knife attack in Kreuzberg
Officers noticed two men attacking a 21-year-old man shortly after midnight on Mehringdamm in Berlin-Kreuzberg. According to the current findings, a 29-year-old suspect allegedly struck him repeatedly with a knife, while a 28-year-old is alleged to have used a bicycle lock.
The 21-year-old suffered stab and cut injuries to his arm and upper body. After initial treatment at the scene, he was taken to hospital, underwent surgery and remained there for inpatient care; his life was not in danger. Officers arrested both suspects and the investigation continues.
