Woman seriously injured after dispute in Berlin apartment
A dispute occurred on 2 February between a 45-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man in an apartment building on Friesickestraße in Berlin-Weißensee. According to initial findings, the man is suspected of attacking and seriously injuring the woman. She was taken to hospital for inpatient treatment with multiple stab wounds; police said her life was not in danger. Officers arrested the suspect in the apartment. The background to the incident remains under investigation.
