Man injured with knife during Berlin robbery

Several unknown men allegedly approached, robbed and injured a 24-year-old with a knife on a car park at Messedamm in Berlin on the evening of 24 January. He suffered a stab wound to the abdomen and made his way from the car park to the waiting hall of the Central Bus Station. Passengers gave first aid before police and fire service personnel arrived. Emergency crews took him to hospital, where he underwent surgery. Based on information available at the time, his life was not in danger. Police are investigating on suspicion of aggravated robbery.
