Three offenders attempt to rob woman in Linkenheim-Hochstetten
Three unknown men allegedly attacked a 50-year-old woman in Linkenheim-Hochstetten on Saturday evening. As she was walking at about 7:10 p.m. from Ringstraße toward a footpath leading to Pestalozzistraße, one man allegedly covered her mouth and nose while another held her arms; a third man reportedly waited some distance away. The offenders allegedly demanded valuables, with two of them displaying what was believed to be a blank-firing gun and a folding knife. Witnesses came to the woman's aid after she called for help. The three men fled without loot, first reaching a car park opposite the town hall before reportedly driving toward Eggenstein. Criminal police are investigating.
