Man injured with knife during dispute in Berlin flat
An as-yet unidentified man allegedly stabbed a 34-year-old man in the upper body with a knife in a flat in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Police said a verbal dispute had previously developed between the 34-year-old and his 33-year-old partner, during which he allegedly struck the woman. She then contacted another person, who allegedly tried to get the man out of the flat. The 34-year-old was reportedly injured during the ensuing confrontation. He received medical treatment, was taken to hospital and underwent surgery. The suspected attacker fled, and criminal police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm and domestic violence.
