Security worker stabbed outside bar in Charlottenburg

A 33-year-old security worker was injured by a knife stab to the upper body outside a bar on Knesebeckstraße in Charlottenburg on the morning of 1 November 2025. Police said an unidentified man had allegedly tried to enter the venue at about 5:50 a.m., despite reportedly having previously been banned from it. After he was denied entry, a verbal dispute allegedly developed. The man is alleged to have pulled a knife and stabbed the security worker. The injured worker used animal repellent spray in self-defence and was taken to hospital for inpatient treatment. The suspect fled, and an investigation into dangerous bodily harm is ongoing.
