Man injured in stabbing in Wedding
A 41-year-old man was injured in the upper body by a knife stab on the evening of 8 January in Berlin-Wedding. At around 10:45 p.m., a witness encountered him asking for help at the entrance to a bar on Hochstädter Straße. She alerted police and emergency services. Paramedics treated the injured man and took him to hospital for inpatient care. Police said the circumstances of the incident remained unclear and that a specialist unit was investigating.
