Man arrested after knife threat in Bedburg
A man allegedly threatened the owner of a restaurant in Bedburg with a knife. In connection with the incident, witnesses also reported a shot being fired from a car near Lindenstraße and Langemarckstraße. The allegedly armed man initially fled in a white car with another person. Police searched for him and later arrested him in Bergheim-Quadrath-Ichendorf with support from a specialist unit. Criminal police secured traces and evidence and are continuing their investigation.
