Two men seriously injured in knife attack in Wertheim
At least one knife was used during an altercation between two groups in a supermarket car park on Bismarckstraße in Wertheim at about 9:30 pm on Tuesday. Two 21-year-old men were seriously injured and taken to hospital. Four men suspected of involvement, including a minor and men aged 19 and 21, are said to have fled on a regional train before being provisionally detained during the search. Investigators are still examining the background, while prosecutors assess whether there is urgent suspicion and whether the men should be brought before a judge.
