Two men injured in altercation in Zeitz
A 24-year-old apartment owner and a 22-year-old visitor became involved in a physical altercation in an apartment on Geußnitzer Straße in Zeitz on Tuesday evening. Both men suffered superficial cut and stab injuries to the upper body and were taken to hospital for further treatment. A glass table was also damaged during the dispute. The heavily intoxicated 22-year-old left the apartment and then caused a disturbance outside the apartment building, where police officers found him. Investigations into the cause of the altercation are continuing.
