Man remanded after knife attack in Wuppertal
A 22-year-old man allegedly injured a 27-year-old man with a knife during a physical altercation outside a venue on Loher Straße in Wuppertal on 3 August. A patrol noticed the incident at about 2:05 a.m. and separated the two men. The victim had stab wounds to his back and was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Police secured a suspected weapon, arrested the suspect and are investigating through a homicide squad. A judge ordered pre-trial detention the following day.
