Knife robbery at bakery in Burgheim
A masked man robbed a bakery branch on Burgheim's market square on 2 August. He held a knife at an employee and forced her to hand over the day's takings. He then fled on foot with a low four-figure cash amount.
Police arrested two men suspected of the crime later that day. A judge ordered both into pre-trial detention. Police said they are continuing to investigate the precise links and roles in this robbery and two other bakery robberies.
