Man seriously injured in alleged knife attack in Würzburg
A 45-year-old woman is alleged to have seriously injured her 41-year-old partner in the upper body with a knife during a dispute in an apartment in Würzburg. The man was able to leave the apartment on his own and was taken to hospital. Police said his life was not in danger. The woman was arrested, and a judge ordered pre-trial detention on urgent suspicion of attempted manslaughter. Criminal police are investigating the sequence of events, background and motive.
