Man injured with knife in Wismar
A 40-year-old man is under investigation following a physical altercation outside a bar in Wismar city centre. After a dispute, he is alleged to have attacked a 57-year-old man with a knife and injured his chest with cutting movements. When witnesses intervened, the man allegedly fled and fired irritant spray from a CS gas pistol into the face of a 47-year-old pursuer. Both injured men received medical treatment. Police later provisionally detained the man near Schiffbauerdamm, but he was released after a judicial hearing that morning. The investigation continues.
