Man threatens two passers-by in Wipperfürth with folding knife
On 1 February, a 39-year-old man approached two passers-by at the bus station in Wipperfürth while they were heading towards Ostlandstraße. He held a folding knife in front of himself, waved it around and asked the two for money. After they declined, he left. Officers later found the man on Marktstraße, provisionally detained him and seized the knife.
