Employee threatened with knife in Warstein petrol station robbery
An unidentified man allegedly robbed a petrol station in Warstein early Monday. According to an employee, the suspect approached at about 4:30 a.m. as the employee was about to unlock the station on Zum Puddelhammer street. The man allegedly threatened him with a knife and demanded money. The employee went with him into the sales area and handed over a mid-three-figure cash amount, which the suspect put into a black backpack. He then fled in an unknown direction, and an immediate police search was unsuccessful.
