Man seriously injured after attack in Waltrop
A 21-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after an altercation in Waltrop on 24 October. According to the initial findings, at least two young men punched and kicked him near Bahnhofstraße and Am Moselbach at about 23:10. The injured man also stated that a knife or an iron bar had been used. The offenders fled towards Bahnhofstraße. An immediate search did not locate them; police continue to investigate leads concerning one suspect and further possible participants.
