Knife used in robbery extortion in Varel
Two youths are alleged to have robbed a 57-year-old woman while she was out walking near Winkelweg in Varel on Thursday morning. Police said one of them displayed a knife and demanded cash. The woman handed over the money, after which both youths fled on foot towards Haferkampstraße. Police are seeking witnesses.
