Man seriously injured in suspected knife stabbing in Stuttgart-Ost
A 49-year-old man was seriously injured during an altercation in Stuttgart-Ost on Friday evening. Police said he was reportedly stabbed with a knife near Schlachthofstraße and required immediate surgery. His injuries were not life-threatening. Several callers had reported a dispute involving two or three men at about 6:20 p.m. The suspected main offender and an accompanying man escaped, and an extensive search was unsuccessful.
