29-year-old seriously injured in knife attack in Stade
A 29-year-old man was seriously injured during an altercation in the Bürgerpark near Stade railway station on Saturday morning. Police said he had argued there with another man. The suspect is alleged to have drawn a knife and inflicted a stab wound to his opponent's torso. The injured man alerted emergency services from the nearby station and was taken to Stade's Elbe Clinic after receiving initial treatment. The suspected attacker had already fled when police arrived and is being sought.
